  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

Payment must be completed before dispatch of the order.

5. Weight & Natural Variation

Our products are prepared using traditional methods.

  • Minor variations in weight (within permissible legal limits) may occur.

  • Slight variation in color, texture, or appearance does not qualify as a defect.

  • Product images are for reference only.

6. Shelf Life & Storage Responsibility

Food products are perishable in nature.

  • Shelf life is mentioned on packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery.

  • We are not liable for damage caused due to improper storage, temperature exposure, or delayed consumption.

7. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • In case of incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery charges shall apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.

8. Limited Export Orders

We may process limited international shipments upon request.

For export orders:

  • Customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations of the destination country.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, rejections, or confiscation.

  • No refund will be issued for products held or rejected by customs authorities.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information.

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false information.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website for:

12. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • Due to the perishable nature of products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Health issues arising due to allergies not disclosed by the customer

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

Customers are advised to check ingredient information before consumption.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Balaji Sweet House Pvt. Ltd. harmless against any claims arising out of your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or acts of God.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

Any dispute may, at our discretion, be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Andhra Pradesh.
