All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.

The choice of shipping partner is determined based on your location, serviceability, and operational efficiency. We are not limited to any single carrier and may change partners without prior notice to improve service quality.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS
Note: All orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
Please note that international delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures and other external factors.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight and dimensions
All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status in real time through the respective courier partner’s tracking system.

The outer packaging
The product received
The shipping label
