1. Nature of Products

All products sold by Balaji Sweet House Pvt. Ltd. are perishable food items, including sweets, namkeen, and related products. Due to the perishable nature of these goods, returns are strictly limited as outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

2.2 Cancellation by BSHPL

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Quality concerns

  • Payment verification issues

  • Technical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Missing items in the order

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance

  • Delay caused by courier beyond our reasonable control

  • Improper storage after delivery

4. Time Limit to Raise Complaint

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be entertained due to the perishable nature of the products.

5. Proof Requirement

To process any refund or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Video of unboxing (mandatory for transit damage claims)

  • Order details

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the request.

6. Replacement Policy

  • If approved, a replacement of the same product will be sent.

  • If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product may be offered after customer confirmation.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

8. No Return of Perishable Goods

Due to food safety regulations:

  • Products once delivered cannot be physically returned.

  • Approved cases will be resolved through refund or replacement only.

9. Limited International Orders

For international shipments (if applicable):

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays or damage caused due to customs clearance processes.

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations.
